Biography: Liping Ding is currently a professor in the Institute of Software, Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Director of the Committee of Computer Forensics Experts in Chinese Electronic Institute, a part-time researcher in the Law School of China Renmin University, a guest professor in the Information College of Central University of Finance and Economics (CUFE), a part-time professor in the Software Institute of South China University of Technology, and a part-time researcher in the Third Research Institute of Ministry of Public Security. Her research interest includes computer forensics, information security, and trusted computing. She has published more than 60 academic papers, an academic book, series training books in the fields of digital forensics and system security. She has finished more than ten national research projects and got six Chinese technical patents on digital forensics and system security. Her contributions in the field of system security mainly includes: she proposed a method based on information flow diagram to identify OS covert channel, constructed a simulated scene to measure the bandwidth of covert channel and reduced the convert channels by eliminating shared resources, increasing noise and auditing; she also focuses on analyzing the OS security features based on model checking, and penetration testing technology. Her research in the field of computer forensics includes: she developed a forensic model in the kernel of FreeBSD, and proposed a cloud forensics framework and developed it prototype; she also focuses on real - time or live forensics technology and protection, extraction , validation and analysis of all kinds of digital evidences; she proposed some drafts of Chinese digital forensics standards: the storage media preparation tool test specification, industry-standard hardware read-only protection equipment specifications , and the evidence data analysis software tools specification .

Abstract: Mobile digital forensics technology is mainly divided into mobile devices forensics, mobile operating systems forensics, mobile network forensics and mobile applications forensics. In this speech, the corresponding technical details and forensics methods are addressed respectively about the four aspects of the technology. The mobile digital forensics technology and the future development trend are summarized.
